How do I book a tour?

Can I book a private tour?

Yes — most of our tours can run as private departures. Message us with your group size and dates and we will quote a private price.

How far in advance should I book?

At least 1–2 days, especially in high season (November to February). Multi-day treks fill up earlier — book 1–2 weeks ahead where you can.

What is the cancellation policy?

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the tour starts. The deposit is refunded in full, or we can transfer it to another booking. Within 24 hours, bookings are non-refundable. See the refund policy for full detail.

Can I move my deposit to another tour?

Yes — within the free-cancellation window, your deposit can be moved to any other tour or date.

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

Credit and debit cards (any currency), or a PromptPay QR code if you bank in Thailand. Bookings over ฿5,000 take a 25% card deposit; the balance is paid in cash on the tour day. Bookings under ฿5,000 are paid in full at checkout.

Is there a card surcharge?

Yes — 5% on all card payments. Cash on tour day is surcharge-free.

Is my online payment secure?

Yes. Card details are tokenised by our PCI-DSS compliant payment processor — we never see or store your card number.

Can I pay with PayPal or a digital wallet?

Not yet. We currently accept cards at checkout and cash on tour day. More options are coming.

When will I receive my refund?

We issue eligible refunds within 7 business days. Depending on your bank it may take a few extra days to post.

What should I wear on a temple tour?

Dress modestly. Cover shoulders and knees — long pants or skirts; no sleeveless tops. Bring a scarf if the day is hot, it doubles as a cover-up.
