How does payment work?

Card payments add a 5% processor fee; cash on tour day does not.

Can I cancel for free?

Yes — free cancellation up to 24 hours beforeyour tour start time (Asia/Bangkok). A few multi-day tours require 48+ hours; that's flagged on each tour page.

How do I change my booking?

WhatsApp us with your booking reference (CMGT-YYYY-NNNN). We usually reply within an hour.

Will I get picked up from my hotel?

Most tours include free pickup within the Chiang Mai city limits. Tours starting in outlying districts (Mae Hong Son, Pai, Chiang Rai) list a meeting point. Pickup details come in your booking confirmation.

What if I don’t get a confirmation?

Check spam first. If still nothing, WhatsApp us or use the contact form with your full name and tour name. Bookings always create immediately on our side, so we can resend the confirmation in minutes.

What currencies do you accept?

Prices are in Thai Baht (THB). You can switch the display to USD, GBP, EUR, AUD and others — but the actual charge is always in THB, converted by your card's issuer.
