Booking & Cancellation Policy

• Booking Confirmation:
  All bookings made through our website are confirmed upon receipt of payment. You will receive an email confirmation with your tour details.
• Cancellation Terms:
  • Free cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours before the scheduled tour start time.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour are non-refundable, and the full price must be paid.
  • No-shows will also be charged the full price.
• Refund Policy:
  Refunds are issued at the discretion of Go Tours Co., Ltd.. If a refund is granted, it may take up to 7 business days to process.
• Changes to Tours:
  Go Tours Co., Ltd. reserves the right to modify or cancel any tour due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, safety concerns, or local regulations. In such cases, alternative arrangements or full refunds will be offered.
• Operating Jurisdiction:
  All services are operated by Go Tours Co., Ltd., a registered company in Thailand. All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Thai law.
