Meet at the retreat center just outside the city and settle into a calm, natural environment surrounded by rice fields.

Begin your journey with mindful walking and guided seated meditation to connect with the peaceful surroundings.

Enjoy a light yoga or stretching session suitable for all levels, guided by an experienced instructor.

End the session for the 3 hour-program with a warm cup of tea or coffee and Thai snacks in a relaxing garden setting.

Take a slow walk through the rice fields and nearby village to learn about local farming life and Thai culture.

Enjoy a freshly prepared vegetarian meal made with local ingredients, shared in a warm, communal setting.

No experience is required. All sessions are suitable for beginners as well as experienced practitioners. Our instructors will guide and adjust each activity based on your comfort and ability.

A delicious vegetarian lunch is included in the half-day and full-day programs. The 3-hour program includes tea, coffee, and Thai snacks in the garden.

The tour is open to all ages, but children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. There are no specific age restrictions for participation, but the activities are designed to be enjoyable for all visitors.

The retreat is usually held in small groups to keep the atmosphere peaceful and personal. Private sessions can be arranged upon request.

All activities are conducted in English. Our instructors are experienced in guiding international guests.
